Campus crime statistics are located within the University鈥檚 Annual Security Report. The statistics cover crimes reported to the University over the previous three years that occurred on our campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from our campus.

The U.S. Department of Education collects crime statistics from institutions each fall and makes the data available to the public on these websites: and .

The University鈥檚 complete听Campus Safety Policies (PDF) cover issues concerning crime prevention programs, crime reporting, notifications, alcohol and drug abuse prevention, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking awareness and prevention.

Campus Safety Policies听were prepared to increase the 果冻视频 community's awareness of programs that were designed to prevent and report:

  • crime
  • dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking
  • alcohol and drug abuse
  • other reportable offenses

These policies include specific procedures on reporting crimes, definitions on what is a reportable crime and how awareness helps prevent crime.

We鈥檝e included helpful resources, such as who to contact when reporting a crime and 800 numbers for alcohol and drug programs.

Individual policies can be found at the links below:

Reports of inaccuracies, questions regarding campus safety and concerns about noncompliance should be directed to the听Clery Compliance Officer.

Hazing: Policy, reporting, annual statistics and Campus Hazing Transparency Report

Hazing policy

Education requires a safe environment for success. 果冻视频 (UOPX) is strongly committed to the safety of our members. As part of this commitment, UOPX prohibits hazing by any member of the campus community. In all forms, hazing is abusive, degrading, psychologically damaging, often life-threatening, and has no place within the UOPX community. The full Hazing Awareness and Prevention policy is available online.

Please see the Academic Catalog for the University鈥檚 Student Code of Conduct.

Anyone can report a hazing incident, and nothing prohibits anyone from reporting an incident directly to law enforcement. Options for filing a hazing report include:

The Stop Campus Hazing Act requires institutions to report Clery Act statistics for hazing incidents, which will be included in the 2026 Phoenix Main Campus Annual Security Report. Please review the current 2025 Phoenix Main Campus Annual Security Report. A paper copy of the Annual Security Report can be requested at 4035 S. Riverpoint Pkwy., Phoenix, AZ 85040 or by contacting the Clery Compliance Officer. A copy of the University鈥檚 crime log, which includes 60 days of reported crimes, can be requested at 4035 S. Riverpoint Pkwy., Phoenix, AZ 85040 or by contacting the Clery Compliance Officer. The crime log includes all reported acts of hazing with the institution鈥檚 Clery geography boundaries, including its patrol jurisdiction.

For reporting statistics under the Clery Act, the Stop Campus Hazing Act established the following definition of hazing.

Hazing is any intentional, knowing, or reckless act committed by a person (whether individually or in concert with other persons) against another person of persons regardless of the willingness of such other person or persons to participate that鈥

i. is committed in the course of an initiation into, an affiliation with, or the maintenance of membership in a student organization; and

ii. causes or creates a risk, above the reasonable risk encountered in the course of participation in the institution of higher education or the organization (such as the physical preparation necessary for participation in an athletic team), of physical or psychological injury.

A student organization is an organization at an institution of higher education (such as a club, society, association, varsity or junior varsity athletic team, club sports team, fraternity, sorority, band, or student government) in which two or more of the members are students enrolled at the institution of higher education, whether or not the organization is established or recognized by the institution.

Campus Hazing Transparency Report

果冻视频 publishes a report to summarize findings of hazing concerning any student organization established or recognized by UOPX. The report is updated twice a year, if necessary, to reflect additional findings of hazing and each report will be available for five years after the publication date.
